prosperpaversealing.com and provides paver sealing
and exterior cleaning services in Palm Beach County,
Florida. This policy explains what personal

When you contact us, request an estimate, or submit
a form, we may collect:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Property address, city or ZIP code
- Details about the work you are asking about, such
as approximate square footage, current condition
of your pavers, and your timeline
- Photographs you choose to send us
- Any other information you provide in messages
to us
FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM LEAD FORMS
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are
owned by Meta. Some of our ads use Meta's instant
lead forms. If you submit one of these forms, Meta
collects the information you enter and passes it to
us. Depending on your Meta account settings, some
fields may be filled in automatically from your
profile.
Information collected this way is used only to
respond to your request, provide a quote, and
schedule work. We do not sell it and we do not
share it with unrelated third parties.
Meta's own handling of your information is governed
by Meta's privacy policy, available at
facebook.com/privacy/policy. When you submit a lead
form, both Meta and Prosper Paver Sealing hold
information about that submission.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
Our website may collect standard technical
information such as your IP address, browser type,
device type, pages visited, and referring website.
This is used to keep the site working and to
understand how visitors use it.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Contact you about the service you requested, by
phone, text message, or email
- Prepare and send you a price or estimate
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on work
- Send invoices and receipts
- Respond to questions, warranty claims, and
service issues

WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

- Markate, the customer management software we use
to store customer records, quotes, and invoices
- Zapier, which moves form submissions from Meta
into our customer management software
- Meta, in connection with advertising as described
above
- Payment processors, for billing
- Our own employees and subcontractors performing
the work
We may also disclose information if required by law,
or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
TEXT MESSAGES AND CALLS
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we
may contact you by phone call and text message about
the service you asked about. Message and data rates
may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying
STOP to a text, or by asking us directly by phone or
email. Opting out of marketing messages does not
stop messages about work already scheduled.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep customer and job records for as long as
needed to provide service, honor warranties, meet
tax and accounting obligations, and resolve
disputes. You can ask us to delete your information
at any time.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about
you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
To make any of these requests, contact us using the
details below. We will respond within a reasonable
time. Depending on where you live, you may have
additional rights under applicable state or national

CHILDREN
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly
collect information from anyone under 18.
SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect the information
we hold, including limiting access to the people who
need it. No system is completely secure, and we
cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. The effective date at the
top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of
our website or services after a change means you
accept the updated policy.
